Inform-IT is the Knowledge Center for Service Management, managed by Jan van Bon.

Inform-IT is an accredited USM Product Partner. Jan van Bon is a certified USM professional, and volunteers as the USM lead architect and chairman of the SURVUZ Foundation.

Inform-IT handles all editorial and publishing tasks of the SURVUZ Foundation. Inform-IT is otherwise limited to developing and piloting USM training and other USM products and knowledge carriers, and then transfers these to other USM partners once these products are production-ready and the other partners have sufficient experience to support them. Inform-IT doesn't deliver training any more and limits its educational activities to custom master classes, workshops, and guest lectures.

In addition, Inform-IT occasionally provides strategic advice and guidance to executives who want to improve their organization, practices and services in accordance with USM and need some coaching to get going.
