From 1991 I have delivered training in process management and project management.

Experience with setting up process management in facility teams and IT teams.
Experience in coaching USM deployments.
For more than 25 years I support organizations in setting up their process management. First with ITIL and now with USM. I have always found it important to assure that the employees achieved the successes, continually enhancing their development. Clients see me as a coach who can support and think along at all levels. My advice will always be aimed at improving the services of my customer. As a self-employed person, I don't have to take a third party's interest into account. That's what I like about the role of the USM coach. Sometimes it is only a few hours a month, and when I satisfy an organization in their continual improvement, I am also satisfied.
For more than 25 years I have known that training and education help an organization to achieve its objectives. That is why I think it is important to be able to share my knowledge with the employees of my customers. When they understand how they can make their own work more transparent and clear, this also contributes to the success of the organization.
Since 1991 I develop and provide training in the field of process management, among others. With that experience, I am able to provide participants with knowledge that they can immediately apply after completing the training.
In addition to this, training also energizes myself. As a USM partner and coach, it makes sense that I became a USM trainer.
I am available for all USM coaching activities. Think of a coaching role in a full-blown USM deployment that starts with a USM scan, where training must be provided and a coach is required for helping you make the right decisions. Or think of a simpler activity, looking into your SLAs together and exploring the ways to improve your services.
