Aurora Red Technology is a US-based service management consulting company, also active in the Middle East.
When asked "Why did you want to become a USM Partner? What is your goal?", Michael Bardeh said; "It’s part of my journey to comprehend life, bridging the gap between nature and technology, and learning from both. I found USM to be precisely on point, simple yet effective in addressing the connection between goals/objectives all the way to operation and delivery of services, a concept mentioned in many practice-based solutions but missed or ignored. That will become tangible when you develop a scientific, straightforward, and simple way of unifying management of services in an organization.
I aspire to contribute to USM in various ways, such as reviewing materials and submitting improvements (which enhances my understanding and makes USM more accessible), applying its concepts in my interactions, finding innovative ways to introduce USM to clients, translating USM materials into Farsi, and introducing USM to the Middle East region."
With Aurora Red Technology, the community of USM Partners has enhanced its services in the USA, and expanded its services to the Middle East, adding Farsi to the list of languages that can support the USMmethod.
