USM Exam

The USM method has one formal exam: the USM Foundation Exam for USM Users and USM Professionals.

The USM Foundation Exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions covering all parts of the USM Foundation training. The material is based on USM version 3. To pass the exam you must answer at least 26 questions correctly.

You can book your USM Foundation exam at your accredited training organization: a registered ATO. This ATO can deliver the exam either classroom or online.

You can also book your USM Foundation exam directly with APMG International. APMG has several options available to take the exam online. Learn how to request that exam here.

USM Professionals are required to take an additional assessment after completing the USM Professional training.
