USM Service Model Canvas available

The USM Service Model Canvas is now available for USM users, based on the USM specification of a service.

Registered users can download a fillable PDF from the user environment.

Use the Canvas to specify a service. The downloadable and fillable PDF shows hints for filling in details per cell with a mouse-over.

The Canvas does not cover/replace all parts of the Service Agreement: its scope is limited to the structure of the service.

The Canvas also covers the requirements of 'the XLA', an additional part of the service agreement that focuses on the customer experience. Those who do not consider this a useful addition can skip the relevant parts.
