After 20 years of working in various positions for HP and as ICT support manager Benelux for Haskoning -DHV, I started working on my own in 2008.
I worked for various organizations as interim manager, process manager or service management coach. I gained a lot of experience not only in the healthcare and education sectors but also with commercial companies. The goal was always to contribute to better ICT services and therefore added value for the customers of the ICT department.
From the inception of USM I have been involved in the SURVUZ Foundation and therefore I am well placed to help organizations in the complex world of frameworks and compliancy, and in laying a good service management foundation based on the USM method.
It gives me satisfaction to make line and process management work well and efficiently together to achieve measurable results with teams.
