Experience

I have already applied the USM method for several clients from various industries. Think of Managed Service Providers and customers from healthcare and industry. They use the USM method in which the USM workflows are set up in the workflow tool Clientele ITSM or 4me in such a way that the agreed routines can be carried out optimally. For awareness and gaining the knowledge, I am increasingly using the USM microgames we developed. These microgames allow clients to practice USM knowledge step-by-step independently at their own pace in a dynamic learning environment.

Motivation

Every USM coaching process is different. Every team is new and unique, but the approach is always the same thanks to the USM method. This makes it challenging and interesting for me as a USM coach and at the same time gives me a solid foundation. We jointly introduce a methodical routine to manage service delivery. The teams learn to apply this step by step. These are mostly organizational change processes that customers go through. My task is to guide the teams in this and to motivate them so that they embrace this new routine. It gives me a lot of energy and satisfaction when I see that I succeed. The teams are in control of their routine and the creative potential of the employees is optimally utilized.

As a USM coach and USM product specialist for Clientele ITSM as well as 4me, I am available to help organizations get service delivery under control and take it to the next level. My approach is clear. First I analyze the situation and make an inventory of the wishes and needs. Together with the customer, I make improvements to their processes, routines and organization. The efficient use of the workflow tools we provide is part of my plan to realize improvements. This is also my added value and strength. I have knowledge and experience as a USM coach and also as a USM product specialist. In addition, I am empathetic and like a personal approach. I do this by involving everyone in the project. All this leads to result-oriented improvements that will be deployed together with the customer.
