Experience

I have an expertise of more than 20 years working in Service Management projects, assuming a variety of roles as Service Designer, Service Delivery Manager, Transition Manager and Service Improvement Consultant
I am currently working on my first USM deployment project. In this case, the USM Method is the heart of an Integrated Management System that includes different ISO-compliant dimensions: quality, environmental, information security, privacy, business continuity and service management. I see this work as an ambitious and challenging initiative.

Motivation

My first contact with USM Method was in 2022. USM caught my interest because it is a relatively easy-to-understand and non-redundant method. I have had the opportunity to participate in many implementation projects of service management frameworks. Most cases only partially achieved their objectives due to the high complexity of the models used as reference. In 2023 I attended a training in the Netherlands where I was able to confirm the potential value of USM for service organizations and their customers. I honestly believe that if an organization is not able to improve its management processes with USM, it would be much more difficult to achieve it with any other alternative.

Available for

As an external consultant I am available for working on implementation projects of USM Method, in combination or not with other management frameworks and standards. I am open to work for any European service organization.
