We cordially invite you to the USM Open Forum Meetups, a series of online meetings for anyone interested in Unified Service Management - the USM method. This is the opportunity to ask all your questions, learn from each other, and share knowledge with others who share the same interest in USM. Every second Monday of the month, from 7:30-9:00 pm CST. The sessions are English spoken.
During these interactive meetings you can:
- Ask questions: Bring up your challenges and questions about USM and get answers from USM professionals and fellow enthusiasts.
- Learn from others: Learn from experiences and insights of other USM users.
- Network: Expand your network by connecting with professionals from various fields who use or want to apply USM.
- Share knowledge: Share your own experiences with the group.
The meetups have no set agenda or content: we address the questions participants bring in. So every meetup is different.
