USM Gameboard
The game board supports USM trainers and USM teachers who use USM in their training program.
User organizations that have taken USM training can also use the game board when practicing internally with their own practice situations.
The USM game board allows students/practitioners to practice translating real-world situations into the USM workflows. The training courses, as well as the digital learning environment for colleges, include a standard set of practice situations. USM coaches have an expanded set of practice situations for a workshop with the game board.

The game board includes a basic board with 8 tracks (for 8 “trains”), plus a game box with all the elements of the USM process model.
To use the game board in your own classroom or work environment, identify a series of practical situations relevant to the course/work, and have the student/employee translate these situations into the logical steps in the USM workflows.
In the digital learning environment of college courses, some of these practical situations are available. The USM training also covers a set of these practice situations.
