Experience

6 years of experience in awareness, deployment, assurance, consulting and coaching within ODC-North as well as other government organizations, now in Justid.

Motivation

I believe unconditionally in how USM can help reduce your complexity in service management.
While retaining all your existing interfaces, while retaining all the other frameworks/standards/workflows you have on board! All of those get a place as a practice under the USM hood.
I know how difficult the change process can be when you start to rethink to a pure methodology in which all forms of service delivery fit.
My passion is to demonstrate, in words but especially from practice, how to do that.
Let me convince you that if this seems too simple to be true, it still is true.
For me, there is zero commercial incentive. I am doing this from my role as an IT service and process architect within the government and I am only driving on the power I see in this for the government and actually for everyone.
And I am more than happy to share that knowledge and experience.
