During my career, I have been involved in several service management deployment and optimization projects. In addition, I have assisted numerous organizations in selecting and deploying the right service management solution.
Finally, I have helped organizations embed organizational change by training and coaching employees.
Because I get my energy from optimizing processes, I have taken on the role of COO at 2Grips. In this role, I am responsible for monitoring all ongoing projects, employees, the support department and for optimizing processes internal to 2Grips.
I became a USM coach because I believe in the universal, methodical approach. For me, the USM method is simple and applicable (practically usable and implementable) because of its standardization and clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
