I have been working at ODC-Noord as a TOPdesk Tooling consultant (Joost-IT) since May 2021. This is where I met Esther Terpstra in 2022. Esther is a USM professional and she taught me about USM and made me extremely enthusiastic. I have since completed the training to become a USM Professional.
By walking with Esther at ODC-North I have already gained USM practical experience. And during the meetings with the active USM community of professionals, I have been able to follow cases of other coaches and other initiatives.
From my logistics background, I have a love for process-oriented thinking and working. I can really appreciate the simplicity and purposefulness of the USM architecture. As also the logical principles. It helps to make each one's services insightful in a simple way. And because of the uniform and simple approach, it is understandable to everyone. I am happy to get to work on using USM to improve your service delivery.
