Motivation

I want to enable my customers to quickly bring their service management processes to a high level of maturity. This was not possible with the usual best-practice frameworks until USM emerged. Each project took several years.
But no company has 5 years to build up its service management - it should already be there. USM is the only available management system for enterprise service management, regardless of whether you start in IT or in a business unit. It can be explained in a few hours and implemented in a few weeks.
That convinced me 100% to include it in my portfolio.
