We have been using USM to upgrade our approach to service integration and management. Started in 2025. I have renewed our contract templates regarding IT services and have been practicing the USM process model when talking with vendors.
Before my current role I have been managing IT services for several years. USM gives simple answers to many of the questions I have been thinking about during the years.
