This experience has kept me open-minded and curious about new ways of solving problems. I actively follow thought leaders on LinkedIn, including Jan van Bon, and was immediately intrigued by the USM method, which further reinforced my perspective on the persistent challenges organizations are facing.
I firmly believe the missing link is the lack of an effective π¦ππ§ππ ππ¦ππ§π π¬π²π¬πππ¦ β one that unifies practices, addresses operational gaps, and positively shapes employee behaviors.
