Ervaring

Over 20 years of experience in ITSM and ESM fields; from traditional ISP's and Telcos to SAAS-providers and maintenance service providers. We are in a process of spreading the message of USM to Finland and Nordics, and momentum is slowly but surely building up. At the moment I coach two organizations in the USM approach, and we are in the process of making USM trainings widely available in both public courses and customer specific trainings. nederlands

Motivatie

In USM I found the missing link between all the frameworks and standards and the real life customer situations. USM gives me the systematic approach to any situation I basically can come across. Adopt and Adapt. USM is finally the method to adapt ITSM and ESM.

Inzetbaar voor USM-opdrachten

Coaching, consulting and training organizations in improving (or building from scratch) their service management capabilities. In Finland I am available onsite, in other regions I prefer a remote approach. ITSM is my strongest area, but I also have solid experience in other service management fields.
