We are implementing the USM method in my company and I have produced a variety of materials on the features of the USM method. We have reviewed the processes with the process owners and I have shared USM information within the company at both management and employee levels. We have also piloted the method for one service.
I became a USM coach because I thought this USM method was such a good one that I wanted to get to know it thoroughly. We are also implementing the USM method in my company, so I wanted to gain the knowledge and qualifications to conduct internal training
