Ervaring

I have been into Service Management world for over 25 years, predominantly, implementing large ITSM, ITAM and ITOM solutions. I have experience in integrating these solutions with other enterprise products like SAP, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Cloud Management etc.

Motivatie

Having experienced in Service Management for over 25 years and exposed to different methodologies like ITIL, COBIT, PMP etc., I found USM as more pragmatic and better to communicate while explaining it to the clients on Service Management. It defines merely 5 processes and 8 workflows and yet, can relate to every other practices mentioned in ITIL, COBIT etc. Since I have an experience of implementing tools as well as processes, I am able to relate why USM should be opted.

I like the simplicity that USM offers. I have been an advocate of improving Service Management for a while. I would love to contribute to Service Management community leveraging my experience and learnings in USM. The USM Professionals Community that meets every month, brings in a treasure of experience and use cases, that can be applied to solve several Service Management aspects. I realized that to learn USM, I needed to unlearn few things that we have been learning for past few years. I can now impart that knowledge.
