The SURVUZ Foundation facilitates public education institutions in upgrading their curriculum to modern service management insights. SURVUZ does this for intermediate and higher education institutions, and for ICT and other facilities-related courses.

A detailed Service Management Curriculum is available for each educational environment:

  1. A 1-day hands-on training for lecturers who will be responsible for the education component 'service management'.
  2. a short 2-hour insight training for lecturers dealing with related applied fields (think of ICT topics such as software engineering, infrastructure design, IoT, security and gaming, or think of FM topics such as hospitality, building management, contract management, or think of Business Administration subjects). With this session, these lecturers are able to position their own subject area in the context of a service management strategy.
  3. a textbook at the level of the course, also in a dyslexia-friendly version
  4. a set of teaching resources (game boards, card games, videos, and other resources)
  5. An online learning environment, at the level of the course (slides for lectures and tutorials, exercises, test questions, assignments, readers, case study, cross-references ITIL 4 / ASL / BiSL / DevOps), with separate environments for students and lecturers
  6. an exam for connection to the market

SURVUZ Foundation facilitates the deployment of these resources, and makes the online learning environment available to universities, business schools, colleges and other institutions free of charge.
